When I wake up and during the first few hours of being awake, I literally have no desire to eat. I've never liked or eaten breakfast growing up and now I think it's just engrained into me! NSV - A smile in the mirror!
So I haven't really lost much weight in the month I've been working out, but I definitely see a difference. I looked in the mirror today and I actually smiled. I felt and LOOKED skinnier, healthier, happier. I am so glad I have cut the junk from my life and have fallen in love with exercise again. YAY! :)

Muscles not sore but tired?

Physically, yes. Psychologically, no. I net about 300-500 calories daily because I workout. HARD. I burn around 1000 calories by exercising and I eat 1400 calories.
