Peanut Butter Banana "Ice Cream"

-Large Banana(s)
-Jif Reduced Fat Creamy Peanut Butter
-Fat Free Reddi Whip Whipped Cream


1. Slice large banana(s) into pieces (disk-like, chopped down vertically - make as thick as you'd like).
2. Place on plate and freeze in freezer for 1-2 hours.
3. Blend frozen banana bits in a blender until creamy and froyo-like.
4. Add as much peanut butter as you want (.5 tbsp. recommended for every banana included in recipe).
5. Blend once again until mixed evenly
6. Top with 1 tbsp. of fat free Reddi Whip!
7. Enjoy!

172 calories, 36 carbs, 3 protein, 3 fat!

You can add more bananas and/or peanut butter if you want but be prepared for more calories.

    Depends on how many bananas you use :tongue:
    Yesterday when I made it I used three, fairly large, bananas.

    It made approx. 3 - 4 cups.

    Oh i love the banana "ice cream" trick. I've never tried it with peanut butter though. YUM! Thanks for sharing, I can't wait to give this a try.

    PB and bananas are one of my FAVE snacks! I had never heard of the banana "ice cream" like this and I have Magic Bullet, so I can't wait to try this one! Thanks for sharing!!!

    Be careful,With each banana alone having 105 calories or so, that would make the serving of 3-4 cups way over the calories listed originally. So, add bananas wisely...:)

    Yeah it depends on the bananas. I used 3 but I only ate about 1/2 a cup of what I made. Leftovers are yummy :)

    I did this with Nutella instead of Peanut Butter the other night. NOM! :tongue:
