1. Slice large banana(s) into pieces (disk-like, chopped down vertically - make as thick as you'd like).
2. Place on plate and freeze in freezer for 1-2 hours.
3. Blend frozen banana bits in a blender until creamy and froyo-like.
4. Add as much peanut butter as you want (.5 tbsp. recommended for every banana included in recipe).
5. Blend once again until mixed evenly
6. Top with 1 tbsp. of fat free Reddi Whip!
7. Enjoy!

You can add more bananas and/or peanut butter if you want but be prepared for more calories.

It was. And it was so easy to make - this coming from a lazy person!

Depends on how many bananas you use
Yesterday when I made it I used three, fairly large, bananas.

    It made approx. 3 - 4 cups.

Be careful,With each banana alone having 105 calories or so, that would make the serving of 3-4 cups way over the calories listed originally. So, add bananas wisely...:)

Yeah it depends on the bananas. I used 3 but I only ate about 1/2 a cup of what I made. Leftovers are yummy :)
