  • Have you thought about doing a class with weights instead.. does your gym do body pump? At my gym it's quite the mix of women to men in those classes and everyones that busy concentrating that they are not looking at anyone else :-)
  • My friend sprained her ankle and tried to go back to the gym too early and just made it worse.. do you like swimming? She started back doing that for a couple of weeks before going back to classes and it help strengthen it again without putting too much strain on it
