I usually try to log in everything I plan to eat for the day in the morning when I get to work and I leave it up throughout the day so I have an idea if I am able to add any items I might want.. like an extra snack or something. It helps keep me on track.

I finally got my husband switched off regular soda to diet. These sound yummy. I also have fallen in love with Arizona's Zero Arnold Palmer - half lemonade and half tea. These come in a HUGE can that i can get about 4 servings out of for ZERO calories!

IF I workout at lunch I generally try to eat my lunch early so it has time to settle and then when I get back I usually cool down with a yogurt and when I went at night I usually made sure I went before dinner.

My husband knows exactly how much I weigh and has for years. I usually complain to him about it when it goes up a little or am excited when it goes down. I'm not embarrassed or ashamed that I am heavy. I know he loves me for who I am inside and he always tells me how sexy he thinks I am. I LOVE my husband! : )

Thank you all so much.. all of you are such an inspiration to me. Keeping me pushing all those days I don't want to go to the gym or I want a snickers bar (which i have indulged in only once!) It's getting harder now to drop the weight. I'm lucky to be getting a pound a week. I'm terrified I'm going to wake up one morning…

I would love to be able to fit back into the "Junior" section at the clothing store.. I started out at a size 20 April 1st and yesterday purchased some pants and capris in a size 14! It is certainly a work in progress. Go to a theme park and ride all the rides and not be too fat to buckle the belts! Really looking forward…

I'm going to have some Cajun baked flounder with some "oven-fried" fiber one okra and some rice. The hubby is having something to with chicken since he wasn't over the moon with my last flounder dinner and he hates okra. He'll probably end up with broccoli, squash, cauliflower, carrot mixture steamed with Italian seasoning…
