100 pounds!
Since my husband rarely ever gets on here any more I wanted to share his success for him. He has done an amazing job and he is in maintenance mode now after losing 100 pounds since April 2010. Why yes, yes it is!!! 199 pounds on the scale this morning! WOOOO FREAKING HOOOO! 51 pounds GONE and I have 49 pounds until my goal! It sucks, I should have taken some progress pictures. I started in a size 20 at 250 pounds and now am down to a 14/16 at 199 pounds (Wearing size 14 pants today!)

Small success!
Well today was 10 days in the gym for me and the first time I have been able to jog in forever. I shaved 1 minute and 23 seconds off my mile!!! Tomorrow I'm shooting for 2 minutes. I was so excited I had to share! Not that it is quick by any means but 18 minute mile here I come!
