100 pounds!

Since my husband rarely ever gets on here any more I wanted to share his success for him. He has done an amazing job and he is in maintenance mode now after losing 100 pounds since April 2010. I am sooo very proud of him.

Eating right and working out, that is all it took. From 280 to 180 pounds.
