The good: Sunday is our 1 year wedding anniversary. The bad: It's only Monday The ugly: I got bit by a bug this weekend and since I'm pretty darn allergic to bug bites it looks gross.

Just wanted to share that I still was able to keep my mile time on Sunday, since I wasn't able to make it to the gym on Saturday do to some soreness in my thighs after 2 days of strength training. SW: 240 CW: 236 GW: 235 Still in the gym everyday I can be. Didn't make it on Saturday because I was a little sore from doing some strength training and didn't want to injure myself. Very happy with my success so far. I'm learning alot about portion control and good and bad fats, carbs and so on.

I find that I get indigestion if I drink too much water. 6-7 glasses is my absolute limit per day. I like to switch it up with maybe a diet soda or diet tea or hot tea.

I'm finding that my "cheat day" items are becoming more healthy. I think it keeps me sane knowing I have one day a week I can indulge. It makes me actually push myself harder.

I have logged every single thing I have eaten since I started on MFP. Really helps me to see what I am eating and know when I should hold back on certain things. It has also helped me with portion control.

My husband and I usually have 1 cup of either raisin bran or cheerios, 1/2 cup fat free milk, and half banana at like 7:00 am. My husband and I have been weighing in on Monday mornings, same as most.. after the bathroom trip, before shower and breakfast. I have been checking like every 3 days just so I can see how drinking more water is affecting what I weigh certain days.

I'm in for this one too! SW 240lbs on 4-5-2010 CW 239lbs on 4-12-2010 1 lb so far... and I am going to hit the gym in 25 mins for my hour lunch...yay! I think I'm going with all treadmill today for 40 minutes at 3.0 with 5.0 incline plus 5 minute cooldown.

Thanks ladies! I think my first goal is going to be 10lbs by May16. I want to start small so I feel really accomplished when I make it there.

I have alot too lose too. I would really like to take 90 pounds off. I'm starting small... I want to be down 10 pounds by May 16. I think actually being able to see what I'm eating and my calorie and fat intake is going to help tons plus being able to track my weekly exercise. I'm right there with you in needing support.
