Can someone help me work out what I am supposed to be eating to lose weight?? I have hit a major plateau, and am getting awfully frustrated! I set both of my kids up with lunch (almost 3yr old and 11 month old), and I go for it - 12 minutes of bodyrock!

I'm a bodyrocker as well! I've been doing it for 5 weeks now. I have only lost 1kg, but have noticed muscles appaering where there werent any before. I am also a lot more fit!

I have a 2.5 year old, anda 10 month old. I started doing BodyRock 2 weeks ago (www.bodyrock.tv), and I am loving it! Its all based on 12 minute workouts, quite intense (varying fitness levels are catered for). Both my kidlets are quite demanding, but even I am managing to find 12 minutes, 5 times a week.
