I use deodorant. The brand really doesn't matter. I mostly use degree or secret. Rub a little in the spots where you chafe; it works wonders. I also use it when I wear skirts and dresses during warm weather.

I've been job hunting for three years and most of my workouts are fueled by my frustration at job hunting and rejection. I also find it a really good way to fight depression and moodiness. I find that I feel 110% better after even a small workout.

I'm a BIG fan of sugar free popsicles. I also love fat free/sugar free chocolate pudding. (The kind that you mix). I add a little almond extract and a small dollop of ready whip and I'm in HEAVEN!!

I've been curvy before and will be curvy again! There seems to be something missing between curvy and morbidly obese and right now I fall somewhere into what is missing. Viva La Curvy!!!

Thrift stores, Ebay and consignment stores are an option. If you have friends or family that's losing weight, you can do a clothes swap with them. I understand not wanting to buy a bunch of new clothes but you may have to get a few wardrobe staple pieces. Hopefully, you can get them for cheap.

For me it was turning 42 and tired of knee pain. I feel so limited with the bad knees. I'm ready to be free and happy. And as my good friend Cathy says it's not 40; it's 21 with experience.

I've often wondered the same thing. I'm 5'5 and weigh 245 and have been job hunting for almost three years. I've have quite a few interviews that went really well, only to be passed over and I've always wondered if it was weight related. Everyone has given you great advice, which I also plan to use. Good luck to you on…

I'm unemployed so my food budget is EXTREMELY tight especially with the high cost of gas. I shop weekly which helps with meal planning. Since it's just my daughter and myself I spend around $250-300 a month. I plan my meals around sales and coupons (which helps). Luckily the warm weather months are coming and I can buy my…

The BL has become difficult to watch and this season is horrible. The show has moved away from inspiring overweight people to get healthy and moved towards drama, bickering, in-fighting and popularity. Oh, and I forgot product endorsement. If I wanted to see this much drama, I'd just watch the Real Housewives or Mob Wives.…

Use your anger as a source of motivation. He sounds like a mean spirited A-hole. You took the high road and I'm sure your kids noticed. Keep your head up.

My two cents is that just because Paula Deen cooks that way doesn't mean that I have to eat it. What ever happened to personal responsibility? I refuse to jump on the band wagon and blame Paula Deen for the obesity epidemic in America. I'm not overweight because of Paula Deen, I'm overweight because I've been lazy. Plain…

I try to mix my lunch up by eating leftovers from the night before, Lean cuisines, different types of sandwiches, soups, wraps and turkey burgers and tacos (love fish tacos) using flatouts, tortillas and pitas. I cook a couple of turkey burgers at a time using greek seasoning, feta, lettuce and tzatziki sauce.

I'm a fan of Pure Protein shakes. I usually get mine from Target and there is usually a coupon inside the box.

I drink shakes in the morning during th week because it makes for an easy breakfast at work. I started with pure protein, but recently tried glucerna hunger and found that I like them better although they are bit more expensive. On the weekends since I'm home, I'll eat greek yogurt and a bagel thin or english muffin.
