I want to go to the gym tomorrow after work but I'm usually pretty hungry by the time I get off. I need ideas on things that I can eat before I work out that won't be too heavy on my stomach. I'm only going to do 30 minutes or so of cardio. Any input will be appreciated. Thanks!!
