I've finally decided to take care me and get healthy. I was diagnosed with high blood pressure two years ago when I lost my job and well two years later, I still don't have a job and I still have high blood pressure. I recently joined a gym to help work off some of my stress, but I haven't done much with my diet. I have to agree that writing things down and actually seeing what I'm eating is going to take some work but it will also be a real eye opener. I live in Washington, DC and my daughter and I recently went down to the Mall to go to some of the Museums and I have to say that while going to the gym helped me to be able to walk around, I need to lose weight to do more. I plan on going back in a few months when the weather cools and I want to be able to walk around and not get tired right away. Wish me luck!!

That is the main reason I joined MFP, to keep track of my intake! The site makes it so easy and as long as you are honest, it works!!!!!!!! I love it!0
