  • Maybe you could season them with Italian seasoning, brown them and then cook them thru with a can of diced tomatoes, a little parm and spinach to make a sauce for the pasta?

  • I had the same problem area. I had great success with the P90 with Ab Ripper (4in in one month). It's part of the original P90. Not the p90x. I bet you could find the videos on You Tube or even at the library. Good luck!!
  • I do it, too. I don't let the number bother me though. THAT was what was hard for me. I'd obsess over the number and let it bring me down...what I've done in the past is send it to work with my husband. I can only weigh myself when he and I are home at the same time. Then I have to fetch it from his car which is a PITA.
