I don't know what to think, it is frustrating. I wanted the HRM so I could put the correct amount of calories in and it isn't even reading it right. I set it up, put my weight, height, age, gender...I just don't understand what is going on. :/

I never eat them back, too....just in case. I just add 300 cals to my daily goal if I did 30 mins. :P Anyone with an HRM who can help shed some insight. :)

So I did Jillian's 6 week ab workout, my HRM said my Avg heart rate was 164 and peak HR was 193 and minimum HR was 111 and I did this for 33 mins and burned 595 calories, does this seem right? I love my Wii, I have Gold's Gym Cardio Workout, Zumba, and my fitness pal. This is how I lost my 12ibs so far. :) It works if you put the time and energy in.

Try and weigh yourself at the same time everyday, especially in the morning. Also, it could just be water weight. Weight tends to fluctuate 2-3ibs a day.

As everyone said protein and variety. I am a vegetarian (I deceived this after I realized I don't really eat meat). I drink soy milk products or have whey protein with some skim milk. I love my curves and would look really odd being a 2-6. I would be happy in a 10 :) But then again I have no goal for clothing size. I just wanna be happy and be healthy. Like the above said, it depends on the maker and where you get your jeans. It really does vary! :)

I didn't slack, when I start to get tired, I push. I played soccer for 10 years. I stopped in high school...I also have asthma.

It was on pretty snug and I wet it with tap water before putting it on (like it said). I also sweat a lot...during the highest intense parts of my workout.

That is what I figured, the calories didn't seem right. I say I burned more close to 628.83 instead? does that make any sense? I did some calculations...haha I think the HRM will work better when I do my running outside. :P Thanks guys

I eat a lot of veggies and fruits...I always go over my limit, but I don't stress! I would worry about the processed sugars!

I eat sorbet or frozen yogurt for my ice cream. :) I don't really like diet ice creams, they have a lot of unwanted chemicals. I love my wii! I use the fit plus for weighing in and all that stuff, as well as yoga and strength training. I do my Zumba on the wii and lost 11ibs so far! =D

I have no idea why, but you do need a new scale! It is really odd! :P I have a digital one and I use my mom's normal scale to compare, they are usually around the same numbers.
