I get chocolate silk soy milk (90 cals) or eat 1 kashi chocolate chip cookie. 130cals!!! Never deny yourself, you'll go crazy! I eat what I love in moderation.

I usually do eat fruit and veggies, but lets just say I have not gone grocery shopping in a while. Haha :blushing: I am slowly trying to cut processed food out, but it really is hard! Considering everything now is almost always processed. :ohwell: Thanks everyone for the replies! Am I doing enough exercise? :huh:

Zumba is where I lost most of my weight, I lost 1-2ibs a week. Now, since I left my Zumba dvd 2hrs away from me....I have been doing exercise DVDs with Jillian Michales...not losing as much! I want my Zumba back! :sad:

I even warm them up in the microwave for about 10 seconds!! So yummy!

Instead of the 15, I gained 40 (YIKES! But it was over 2 years), but I have lost 13 so far. I have been doing Zumba, Jillian Michaels' DVDs (right now on 6 week 6 pack), Wii Gold's Gym Cardio Workout, and My Fitness pall on the wii. I am now trying to run 2 miles in combo with Jillian's DVD. :) Good luck! Feel free to add…

Thank you Rockindreamer, you make a very valid point. I have to overcome this bad relationship with food. I gotta kick out the thought that food is the enemy. You can thank my dad for this, as a child he always called me fat! Thanks for the support! =D
