has anyone tried the 6pack in 6 weeks? I've just ordered that one so am going to do it with the 30 DS or am I being too ambitious?

at last got it started D2L1 was waiting for the dvd to arrive (still not here) but found it on the web so been using laptop to do it, not ideal but I've got them done, hopefully DVD will be here tomorrow then I can see it in all it's glory.

Day 2 complete and seemed easier than yesterday and I didn't stop. My 13 year old daughter did it with me too and shes pretty fit but she couldn't believe how tough it was.

got up this morning and ache in muscles I forgot I had lol.But still determined to fit day 2 in later today when I've got the kids sorted.

I haven't got any weights yet so got two empty water bottle and filled and weighed them so they were pretty even. Going to go and get some wights later today.

just completed day 1, thought this was gonna be easy but sure built up a sweat only stopped twice for 5 seconds each so pretty proud of myself. How did you do?

carrot and coriander soup 1lb (450g) carrots 1 onion 2pts vegetable stock 1tsp ground coriander chopped coriander(cilantro) to make it quicker I grate the carrot rather than slice it into a large pan, dice the onion. add the veg stock and the ground coriander and cook for about 30 minutes. blitz with a hand blender or in a…

carrot and coriander soup 450g carrots 1 onion 2pts veg stock 1tsp ground coriander put it all in a pan and simmer for about 30 mins til carrot soft (I grate the carrot its quicker) blitz it with a blender and add some chopped coriander (cilantro) serves4 at 64 cals a serving Made it today it was lovely and filling
