It depends on my day. If I am really down on my self the last thing I want to see is fitness models and airbrushed abs...on other days when I am pumped up I don't mind looking at them, whether realistic or not, it helps me to fight harder to lose the weight and work out. I guess I am like you and undecided.

Bulgarian Squats are best for that. Leg press can help too.

I ate just about anything set before me but I really loathed lima beans, blackeyed peas, really didn't care for any beans in general. Still don't.

This drives me nuts as well, but not as of late, I talked to him about it and told him that he was making it incredibly hard for me and not only that but he wasn't doing much for himself either. I asked him to Stop! It's as simple as that. though it took a few times. He did and now he is trying along side me.

This is probably the best thing to do go home later and measure it. Makes since to me...forget all the math I have been doing and sucking at and listen to that advice instead. lol. :-)

but if the bottle is those dimensions you would have to multiply them to find the cubic inches.
-
If it is not squared it would be 91/2+ 3/12= 13 Cubic Inches = 7.2 ounces
-
My best estimate would be 3 1/2x 91/2 =33.25 Cubic Inches = 18.42 Fluid Ounces but if it is not square then it is prob more like 7 ounces

I think it depends... when I was younger it stayed at a C, I got prego with kids and it always went up to D or DD but after i lost the baby weight I have always gone back down to a C. I think it depends on what you were as a young adult. I have a lot more to lose but I am sure i will still wear a C just smaller width. Oh…
