  • It is OK to be satisfied with who you are as a person. Having a good self-esteem is important. Look at your dieting as getting healthy for yourself. I am not doing this for anyone else but me. I want to be healthy. That will benefit my family, most definitely, but it will not make them love me any more or less.
  • So I have now lost 7 lbs  I am totally thrilled. I am able to ride my stationary bike for 20  minutes and am going to try for 30 min each night this week. I don't like riding it bc I get so sore...but I am pushing through!!! :grumble: It will so be worth it when I can keep up with my 6 year old!!!

  • I am so watching it. I wish I could have Jillian as a trainer...she rocks!!
  • Hi, my name is Pam...I am new. This weekend is my 20th high school reunion...when I left high school, I weighed 125 lbs. 20 years, 4 kids and a diagnosis of fibromyalgia later, I weigh 264 lbs. I don't care so much what the high school people think...mostly bc I am still close with my BFF's and they love and support me.…
