7 Down....143 to go...but not discouraged!
So I have now lost 7 lbs  I am totally thrilled. I am able to ride my stationary bike for 20  minutes and am going to try for 30 min each night this week. I don't like riding it bc I get so sore...but I am pushing through!!! :grumble: It will so be worth it when I can keep up with my 6 year old!!!

Exercise for people with Fibromyalgia (FMS)...
Other than stretching, what types of exercise would be good for someone who suffers from FMS? I have to be careful bc I tire easily and even the simplest of workouts makes me feel like I have been hit by a truck the next day. My joints also get sore pretty easily. Help!!
