This is my goal too. I have about 125 lbs lean body mass and 31.4 BF%. I was at around 130lean body mass and 43.5% body fat. I want to get to 154lbs which puts me at 124lbs lean body mass and 20% BF% then I will reevaluate and try to get closer to 151 lbs and 18% BF%.

I like doing it in spreadsheet form. I like to see the total lost at the end.

I have a Polar as well and really like it. Is there a schedule somewhere for the SlimDown? I have 30 day shred and extreme shred and shed as well as the bfbm. I might alternate between them.

I'm doing it so I can go to the field run the track and say F#$@ you b%&%$@# to all them that talked behind my back about me when I was new in town and didn't know any of them. I also want to run a half marathon to raise money for Crohn's Research since my son has Crohn's I want him to see me do it for him.

If you are 200 calories under goal you are not eating enough. You need to eat your calorie goal and your exercise calories.

Try adding some strength training in to your workouts. It'll help strengthen your muscles and lose that fat that is making the pouch. You might still have loose skin but it should go down. At least that is my plan when I get to where you are. Congrats on losing all tat weight you have done great!

Sure you can do it your deficit for weight loss just has to stay the same for a week so as long as you still have a deficit at the end of the week you are good. Just don't go too far under just to have enough to eat or drink on the weekend. It is called zigzagging. Google it. There is lots of info online.
