I agree, somedays the only thing that motivated me enough to get up and do the daily challenge and stuff is the fact that I don't want to post at the end of the week that I didn't do it and let everyone down!

For sure! I allow myself a cheat day once a week as long as I've worked hard through out the week to earn it.

You've just got to get back up and move on. It happens, we lose motivation and its hard to keep going. Just decide to do it! Get up when your husband does, no excuses and get moving again!! Hold tight to whatever it is that you're pursuing! Keep your goals in mind. You can do it!

I usually have yogurt or fruit for a snack. Just recently tried Laughing cow cheese on whole wheat melba toast though, and its pretty good. I think I'd like to try it on a flavoured cracker though. .

Thanks for all the encouragement and motivation. I'm only weighing in once a week, and down about .6lb in the last month. Makes me wanna throw in the towel somedays. I do enjoy being more active now though, have to force myself to have my rest day once a week. Perseverance is what it's all about right?!!

YOu're doing fabulous! I'm with you on the frustrations recently though. My scale hasn't been budging and it makes it harder to stay focused and determined to keep at it. All I wanted to do tonight was scarf down some pizza! Anytime you need to vent, or need support, that's why we're here together!! Keep pushing!

Its very nice, I don't think its too dressy for what you're doing. Whatever shoes, jacket you may or maynot wear with it could dress it up or down for you too. It's nice to have nights where you're dressed up and feeling gorgeous. Own it!

I think yesterday (including the 4 min tabata and 5 min bear crawl) took close to 1/2hr for me. .I don't do the burpees very quickly either (yet!). I'd say push yourself to whatever your limit is. . time yourself and try to beat it on the next one!

Anyone have a good video for tabata workout. .the one ive got is a girl doing things at a pretty slow speed and from what I know about tabata its supposed to be very hard core and only done a few times a week, and he wants us to do it everyday?! Just need some clarification, is it supposed to be just a 4min warmup for us…
