80DO - Beachbody
Hi everyone! Im currently doing phase 3 of 80 Day Obsession on Beachbody on Demand. I tried timed nutrition but fell off that when all this Covid stuff and overtime shifts hit me. Im just starting back with MFP this week and would love like minded friends if anyone is interested! Anyone else working on beachbody program?

Help! Mashed Potatoes/Cauliflower
I'm going to a potluck turkey dinner tonight (7 people) and just found out I need to bring mashed potatoes. Problem? I'm up in a fly-in community up north where I bring all my groceries with me, didn't bring potatoes and the store is closed (and potatoes would probably set me back 15$ anyway) This is what I've got on hand…

Hey, just looking for any ideas on good things to bring on a 5 day camping trip. Has to be able to keep either in the car or cooler for that long. I'm really looking to keep within my calories for the Kick the Crap Out of August Challenge!! Don't really want to eat hamburgers and hotdogs everyday. Any ideas?

Booty Camp
I just signed up for a 4 week Booty Camp. Never tried this before and I gotta say, I'm very nervous! Start Aug 9, twice a week for 4 wks. Here's to great results! Maybe try 30 day shred after?!
