  • Thanks..height is 5'8" and current weight as of this morning is 140 pounds. I lift so I have obvious muscle but there is this fat ring around my middle and love handles and I have noticed what I affectionately call "old lady" fatty dimples on my *kitten* and uuper legs. The top half of me looks like I am 25 ...lol
  • Thanks. I sit on my but in front of a computer so my activity level is as correct as it can get and I do eat my calories from exercise, every darn one of them. A female athlete even at 52 can sfely have a BF of 15%...really I am not skin and bone but healthy muscle.
  • I strength train and do tons of cardio..I am gearing up for a bike ride August 28 and the training schedule is a tough one. I usually ride 4 hours on the weekend and another 5 or so mid week, so cardio and working ut are not the issue....it's my food intake I suspect.
