Hi I am not doing this program anymore. I do believe most weight lifting programs pretty much incorporate clean eating and that can be done alot of different ways. I start Level 2 today. I did the first level M-F for 2 weeks, and I will do the other levels the same way. Instead of finishing in 30 days, it will take about 6 weeks for me. Level 1, day 8 done. Geez, my left knee is really giving me fits. I felt at the gym during my workouts and debated on doing the shred. Decided to push through it and had modify some of the squats. Hard to believe the Jumping Jacks didn't bother it though!
