  • I made my goals yesterday. I am feeling discouraged by the scale, still, and I'm wondering if I need to change something else. On the other hand, I feel really strong, physically. Today: stick to calorie limit, pilates (done), yoga after work, no more than one glass of wine.

  • I had a planned cheat meal last night, so I did not stay in my calorie goal, but that was my plan for just that day. Today, my goals are to go running in the woods and stay in my calorie goal.
