I didn't eat much and got to my goal weight! Haha. But then it came back... Better to be safe than sorry, don't eat solids or anything that involves chewing. I ate mashed avocado and icecream. But to be honest I didn't want to eat anything. I just slept and drank plenty of water.

I would maybe have one BOILED egg, ditch the ham and ditch the mayo. Load it with salad and make sure you are having it on a dark bread with lots of whole grains and seeds. Remember to buy your eggs from a reputable free range source. You don't want to be eating eggs from hens who are dying-NOT HEALTHY FOR YOU!

im quite impressed that you can eat and read...I like to drink tea as well:) otherwise you could munch on empty/low calorie foods, like celery, veggie sticks or plain popcorn:)

Tea acts like diuretic, hence making you pee lots. I drink 1-2 cups of tea a day, but i can't imagine 7 cups would be good for you... Peeing that often can cause dehydration and loss of essential salts and electrolyes
