Net calories
Should I be using my net calories as a daily goal? I mean I've read that there is mixed debate about eating exercise calories back, but if I've had quite a active day, say like today when I burnt 900 cals, should I be eating them all back?

Vegetarian dilemma
So I've recently become vegetarian...today is my 7th day. Tonight mum made fried rice, she said she was gonna put some aside without meat but didn't. She said 'you can just pick it out'... I said no and she rolled her eyes and huffed. I should have said no right? Has anyone else been faced with a similar situation?
