Are my calories right?

Hi hi!
I have almost lost 4kg and was thinking, should my calorie limit be smaller now tht I've lost a little bit?
I've hit a plateau and thought that maybe that could be the problem. I live a fairly active lifestyle and try to exercise every day. So my cals are about 1390 each day...I also said I wanted to lose half a pound a week, so that it was slow enough for my body to adjust to, thus hopefully makin it more permanent!

Any ideas?

I should mention that I find it quite easy to stay within my calories as well, I mean last nite o had enough cals left for a small piece of choc cake:S

Hey, if you've hit the plateau then shake up your training a little. Are you weight training? The more lean muscle you have the more fat you burn.

    Good Luck!

Hmmm... about how tall are you?
I see you have 3 kg to lose. If that's it, you should definitely be eating more. The last 10 pounds (about 5 kg) can take a LONG time to come off. After awhile, it becomes mroe and more important to measure yourself instead of weighing yourself. I would deficit maybe 250 calories a day, and make sure you definitely eat your exercise calories.

Change your workouts a bit. Instead of running, try the elliptical. Try lifting different weights- or add more weight.

    Good luck!

    I'm 163cm which I think is about 5ft 4"? I should be eating more?!
I also don't have a gym membership so don't have access to machines. I try to do weights maybe once twice a week. And I'll go for a jog/walk almost every day. I also play touch football once a week, which is tough!!
