Hi,
Just wondering how many people on here are from Australia? I only ask this because im finding it difficult with the food part (i can't seem to find too many familiar brands).
Also, does anyone know if you can change the conversions? I think it's metric that i'm used to :ohwell: (kgs, kms, mLs, grms)

From Perth here
There are a lot of foods that are there .... and if something is simular i usually just check that the calories are approx correct and use a product that is the same but a different brand - but I tend to be a creature of habbit so once you add a new food you can use it over and over
Welcome and good luck0 -
I'm not an Aussie (Canadian) but I use the metric system too. One thing I have found is that I will search the database for a food, but then it seems that if it is from the US it is likely in a larger package or has more calories (not sure why) so I modify it and rename it with the CDN abbreviation. Perhaps that is a good idea with the AUS food items too?0
