yes, I drink it for breasfast, but you still have to reduce your calorie intake and exercise to lose the weight . I have lost 21pds so far but it is not just the shake. It has a nice taste to it.

Get some new balance men tennis I have a wide feet with high in step. They come in 4E and thats wide.
