I haven't tried it, but I've been looking into it and I can't find a comprehensive list of the ingredients online. Anyone that doesn't post ingredients on their website has me a little skeptical.

Full disclaimer, I'm a beachbody coach but I'm not actively selling, and I don't use shakeology.

My friends are into it. And yes, they seem very sketchy with giving out information in regards to the actual product itself. Everything I've read from people posting on forums and facebook as well as things I've found on google all give the same, vague information. And when I say the same, I literally mean the SAME. It's like these people are given a specific speech to give when asked about the product.

Also, these people seem to focus more on the money making aspect of it, not the product.

Too sketchy for me to go near tbh.
  • I finally decided to try it after hearing the results my friends have had. This is Day 5/90 and so far I've lost 4 lbs! I've replaced my breakfasts and lunches w/ the shakes and I've eaten sensible snacks & dinners. For my exercise, I'm currently doing Insanity. Based on these results I would recommend the product.

Wouldnt you have lost the same amount of weight had you not used Vi and just ate sensible and exercised anyways? :)

    .
  • No, no, I'm not saying I just started eating sensibly this week lol. I've already lost over 20 lbs by doing the right things. Losing weight and getting into shape requires a lifestyle change, not a quick fix. Bottom line it's just a meal replacement, not magic in a bottle. You have to have the right attitude and mindset if you really want to get healthy. You first have to determine your Why? Why is getting healthy important to you. Write down your goals and proceed to work towards those goals slowly, step by step.
  • yes, I drink it for breasfast, but you still have to reduce your calorie intake and exercise to lose the weight . I have lost 21pds so far but it is not just the shake. It has a nice taste to it.

My wife and I just completed our second week and have seen awesome results. We are currently replacing two meals a day and still getting our daily calorie intake even with the shakes. It has been a great discipline to make sure we are not skipping meals and getting the nutrition we should have all a long. We have actually added snacks into our routine and not because we are hungry either.

The ingredients list is out there and it received a pretty high score with the Food Facts website. I did a lot of research before I made the decision to start the 90 Day Challenge. I heard the same as what was posted as far as money hungry and other things. The group of people I am with are great people and have supported us through these first two weeks.

Do not believe the talk and look into it for yourself. If anyone has any questions please feel free to message me.
