Eating something every two hours will keep you from getting too hungry and making a poor choice. I always keep plenty of healthy snacks close by such as : snack size popcorn, Fiber one bars, grapes, carrots, pretzels are great, peanut butter crackers, sharp cheddar cheese and crackers. I agree with what everyone else has said in that you don't want to just throw the food out. It much more fun to share it with others while saving yourself from eating something you really don't want to.
