  • I was diagnosed in 2010. I have been normal for quite a while. I exercise 6 days a week and eat healthy. I can't seem to lose. The most I have lost is 4 lbs. It is frustrating. My husband and I just started a program together. We are in our 8th week. He has lost 14 lbs. Me? nothing. My clothes are a little loser, but not…
  • Lightning....I like that
  • My husband and I just completed week 3 and we weighed ourselves today. He lost 8 pounds so far and I gained 2...ugh!! It is so frustrating!! We both have worked so hard, it is hard to see his weight drop and mine rise. I am trying to be patient. I won't give up!!
  • Thank you. That will help a lot!!!
  • I am in the first week of month 2. Just did Max Cardio Conditioning today...it was tough. I some how made it through. I am struggling with some of the jumps and some of the floor work (I realized how week my arms are...very strong legs though). Any advice for me?
  • They are both great, but I like Insanity better. No equipment...just your body. I also love the way each workout is set up. It seems like it goes so fast. Before I know it, I am finished. P90x focusing more on muscle building and Insanity is cardio, which focuses on burning fat.
