You can do different workouts like jumping jacks or jump rope to keep up your endurance. I personally use the stairs in my house to run up and down until I can't anymore. You can honestly do either depending on how sore you are. But because you said you can barely move, I would suggest taking it easy today lol Maybe go for a walk to keep yourself loose instead.
