I used to work the night shift. I would eat when hungry. Go home and go to bed and sleep. When I got up the next evening, that first meal was the start of a new day.

these are all good ideas. I tried increasing my calories from the two lb loss per week, to the one lb per week loss. I also started weighing less often. like every 2 weeks. I only lose every two to three weeks. it's kind of funny. U catch up , and it averages over a week, you lose several pounds. but i never lose every…

I try to eat fruit, ie watermelon, and low carb stuff. Also low salt. Try to make sure your body is moving stuff out too.Lol

:flowerforyou: I lost the most the first week. 4 lbs, and I was not counting calories or exercising yet. I average about 2 lbs a week, but not each week. sometimes it takes me 10 days to lose anything. good luck on your journey

first off shop at a gently used clothing store, and buy just what you need for now. Get rid of too big clothes. As you loose each size, reward your self with a new not expensive outfit. You are doing great!

Someone told me, 'if hunger isn't the problem, then food isn't the solution" tell yourself this alot! I think it will help. start loving yourself, and do something for you that is not food related. ((hugs))
