  • i thank you all for your input. i do agree i dont see myself eating 1200-1400 cals a day for eternity. i guess right now im playing around to see how my body responds to changes. now that i have confused my body im wondering if i should just go back to where i was with 0.5lb a week loss. it seemed to work

  • the system does not change it thats something you have to do. what i did notice is that every few pounds my body needs less and less for maintenance. for example when i started mfp said i needed 2190 for maintenance and now it is down to 2130

  • maybe try to lower the sodium and drink more water... you have arthiritis so i dont want to touch the exercise since i dont know if you have extreme pain and exercise is restrictive... i agree with the zig zagging... i did zig zagging, increased exercise intensity, and lowered sodium and 3lbs fell off 2 days later.

  • its horrible to hear things from people you are closest to. my bf told me he wouldnt notice my changes until i lost 50 pounds. so when i started i took pics and just took some today... it was great to show him and say told you so busta!! and no it doesnt take 50lbs to see a difference.
