Sometimes the randomly generated circuit class calls for two weights to be set up at the same time. Years ago, before it became this whole thing, I would choose to do a WOD that contained the equipment I had, exercises that met my current ability and condition, and do that.

Eat a butt load of vegetables. Have a sit down talk with your mum about what you want and how important it is to you. It will be so much more difficult if you can't get your family to support you, so be kind and understand why they might have trouble with any changes.

GMO or not boils down to your opinions on genocide.

You were very lucky. Analyses of clinical trials say you're more likely to be ill than lose any weight. All weight loss were short term and minimal anyway, so you're probably now wasting your time.

If it was someone actually qualified in dietetics, they would've looked to improve your diet, but perhaps you can help provide anecdotal evidence. Did you have a follow up blood panel to see if the vitamins were effective?

Athletes of many disciplines deliberately, temporarily dehydrate themselves to make an official scale say a particular weight at a predetermined time. That's it. Sweating is not for getting toxins out. It's to stop you dying. Thousands have tried it. Several studies have tried. Yet to see any benefits, with severe…

Sugar free Redbull (or any low calorie, high caffeine beverage) would have the same effects.

3g is enough.

I'm not sure what you're expecting it to do? Since the vibrations are weaker, it should hopefully be less likely to cause you harm. Remember to follow the manufacturer's guidelines and if I had to use it, I'd check up on the Health and Safety Executive Guidelines on how long people were legally allowed to make me use it…
