How are you testing your maxes? It's the BarbellShrugged video I liked, I looked it up. It's informal and fueled by scotch.

I don't think anyone can be put into a introvert/extrovert box and we are all on a sliding, constantly fluid scale. Maybe you feel or act more introverted than others most of the time, but I don't think that is who we are, anymore than our mood. You can get ideas from friends, support, solutions and understanding. Counting…

1. Infinite 2. No 3. I tested at the start. Why do it again? Isn't the AMRAPS enough? 4. I do the ones in the book, depending on life or how I feel at the time. I also have other fitness goals that have specific exercises. Yours sounds like a hell of a lot for no good reason I can think of. Haven't you just done AMRAP of a…

No weird conversions so you don't end up buying specific, branded items to make logging easier. Calories is compatible with a larger number of restaurants, fitness sites, exercise apps or machines, and universally understood. After you have the hang of that, you might want to look at macro counting, dependant on your goal.…

Who is verifying the foods? The ones I've checked are wrong. They'll also go out of date with every product size, serving or recipe change. Who's going to monitor that internationally? As for premium- Macros - adjust the percentages until your required gram goals are shown. Exercise calories - don't want them? Don't log…

Nearly over at my gym. I was able to get a treadmill.

Where did you program come from? Has this training approach got a name?
-
Running, cycling, rowing, swimming, a full body strength workout. Practically anything other than ab specific stuff. That's terrible for burning calories, which is what will make losing inches easier.

The numbers that are the same match up. The additional numbers are additional. If it's sweat and not grip, why are you suggesting chalk instead of antiperspirant? OP, if it's sweat that's the problem, why don't you just keep your hands closed? Duh?
-
1) Get over it 2) Train grip separately or only use them when you are fatigued. 4) Forfeit you deadlift while you continue to wait for your grip to catch up. 5) Sweatbands.

Just need an argument to start now, and we'll be done ;)

Plus check for entires where only calories were recorded.

It's a user generated database. The users can't read labels or do maths.

Yeah, I'm not liking them either. I was thinking of saying that, as a trainer, it really helps if you can say at the time (omg my bodyfat is way less at home) and they could've put your mind at ease and avoided you worrying. Your ability to communicate will be vital when it comes to lifting weights with technique. As…

Risk zone?

They're generally inaccurate and not to belittle your feelings but there's no need to be upset. The body fat they read using the BI method will fluctuate throughout the day and largely depends on your hydration... and where they measure. You just have to get the number moving in the right direction to track progress, not…

Small changes that are long term sustainable.

I have several qualifications in nutrition. The idea was to point out the site rules, but then get you to question and think about the choices you were making and long term sustainability and the benefits of alternatives. Unfortunately we got threadjacked.

You appear to have not seen the one hour long juicer infomercial than spawned a cult of pseudoscience following.

I still remember amylase from school. Sometimes I wonder about schools in other countries.
-
What? We've gone from juice fasting - the thread topic - to having a little juice - and now we're not even talking about juicing?

I've lost 80lbs, and didn't feel the need to fill my toilet with nutrients.

Necrothread! @moto450 Why?

A sammich should be fine. Try 2-4 hours. It's going to be a personal thing. Go for slow release carbs though but feel free to make it a mini meal. Having fats with it like pb helps slow release.
-
Every new runner feels like you do right now. At 80lbs heavier, 1min running felt like an attempt on my life. Now though, today I couldnt sleep so I went for an unplanned 6 mile run with the dog. I can do that now :)

Eating McDonald's everyday would be ADDING important nutrients too. Actually essential nutrients. Nutrients I would die without! See how phrasing, even though true, can make nutritional arguements nonsense? Plus I like how people are trying to get more nutrients into people that are trying to lose weight. I'm one of those…

You're supposed to exercise or something? You've set it to sedentary too, and I agree MFP's activity multiplier of 1.2 is lower than I'd use.
-
If your diary says you've not eaten any sugar, you're probably not logging correctly, or you're on an all meat/fish diet?
-
I hope not. This is a calorie counting website which is against very low calorie diets so that wouldn't make any sense.
-
You obviously don't get to count it twice. I'm not sure if your step counter is logging what is acutally normal daily activity which is factored into your daily allowance already. I would just turn it off altogether.
