You obviously don't get to count it twice. I'm not sure if your step counter is logging what is acutally normal daily activity which is factored into your daily allowance already. I would just turn it off altogether.

You sound like I was, right at the point of change. I'm now off the rollercoaster and a healthy weight. And an expert. I see some fitpros boasting about being lone wolves and it confuses me. Lone wolves are the outcasts. Shunned and left for dead. Wolves are supposed to be pack.

No, you don't and no you're not. All the cool kids are doing high intensity stuff nowadays. I'm not really that much of a fan, I like stuff that people are more likely to enjoy and come back to. Anyway, you sound like you might be talking about the dreaded heartrate zone myths. For avoiding bordom, you could try circuits…

You eating like a bro, or are you getting plenty of veg at each meal?

6'3" 32in waist trousers at around 195lb ish. Probably 200lb would be ok waist wise but my legs are always an issue. Plus every shop here seems to be on some slim fit kick. Don't they know about leg day?
-
Why is the heartrate an issue? Medical reason? Heartrate will improve with fitness improvements.
-
Find an exercise you don't hate and do that? Although I hated running. Now I just dislike it most of the time. I love weights though. but not high reps. I hate high reps.
-
You don't get to choose where it comes from. We pay for clothes to make is look good, not the other way around.
-
This plus go to bed earlier. Just do it once. Only once. Anyone can do it once.
-
I think you're doing enough for now. Bulking is entirely diet based. Setting fitness goals is often more productive, motivational and rewarding than vague toning.

You could've killed her and hidden the body just to save your embarrassment AND not have had to eat meat.
-
You do stall when you eat too little, because every weekend you end up having a 'cheat meal' that lasts until Monday!
-
If you need a stimulant to get through something often, you'll keep needing higher and higher doses as you build up a tolarance to the stimulant. A better approach would be to do a more manageable activity that doesn't end up with you crashing and burning.

Muscle requires resources constantly. If your body doesn't use it, it may decide it doesn't need it. It may decide it doesn't need bone density, balance, injury prevention, and a whole host of other benefits that are rewarded by resistance exercise. I agree with an earlier poster, your program may be too advanced to be…

Both would decrease.

How is advising people not to harm themselves NOT constructive.

Dammit!

Do any of you lunatics stop counting it as water as it mixes with you saliva, mucus and then stomach acid? You clearly don't know chemistry (H2O) so perhaps you learnt a little biology?

A friend recommended this book to me and in turn recommend it to you. Overcoming Binge Eating: Chris Fairburn http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/1572305614/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?qid=1409910375&sr=8-1 You're getting good advice here. Labeling foods as good and bad and over restricting during the day are often triggers. Pre planning…

The woman is an idiot. I've seen a handful of personal trainers do this too. They're missing the point. Anyone can force a weight gain followed by a weight loss. But then having cured myself if obesity, I also come from the belief that obesity is actually a symptom, not a disease.
-
Was that in 2011? I've never heard if this 'program'.
-
The one that you can consistently do and improve over time. This often becomes and issue with high intensity and/volume.
-
Sometimes, but it's just a guess anyway. Don't sweat it.
-
To me the obvious solution to that is to put on muscle and increase bone density then.

Ok, reading your post you seem to know that the foods have calories. If they truly were negative calories, then the more you ate, the more you would starve. Obviously that's not true. Try and find the legitimate calories for these foods and log them. Or eat so little of them it doesn't really matter, depending on your diet…
-
No and no. Check labels and compare. Plain would be the place to start. Alternatively, What in earth are you on about?
-
Stop changing your diet
-
I'm also a recipient of a snotty message from them. It's against the rules to post it here but we can swap and compare if you wish.

Yes it's hard. Go slow and try it out for a few minutes (or 10, I don't know your level)
