I weigh myself daily using Wii Fit Plus. It encourages me to make healthier choices throughout the day. I only record loss on MFP. For instance, if I weigh .5 lbs more than I did yesterday, I don't record that on MFP. I only record what I'm losing, and I lose enough to record about two or three times a week. I definitely…
