Reduced fat cheese sticks are great, always fruit of any kind!! anything made my kashi is great!! I take mini bags of cereal by Kashi! The Honey Almond Flax is awesome and very filling!!

Eat foods high in protein and fibers! I eat popcorn, which has carbs, put also fiber. I do not eat pasta and rarely potatoes. I won't eat yogart, so I take a probiotic. Make sure it has at least 2 billion microorganisms :) It has helped me a TON!!

I have done the holter monitor, the 30 day event monitor and the 2d ecocardiogram with doplar, so I have done it all :). I will try gatorade, or lemon water, no one said anything about electrolyte imbalance, so that is a good thing for me to try :Thanks!!!

I am always on the go and I take apples with me everywhere! Low cal snacks that are good is string cheese, fruit, nuts, be careful with granola bars, they are high carb. Check your carbs? I did not go over calories ever but had higher carbs. I cut my carbs down to 150 or less and lost 10 pounds over 45 days, which is a safe way to do it. Just a thought.

I just went through that, what i had to do was look at my carbs. I never went over calories, but my carbs were high. I cut my carbs down to only 150 a day or lower and started losing weight again! Just something to think about :)

I only weigh in once a week, every Sunday to start my week off. I picked Sundays because if I had a bad week and didnt lose or gained a pound, I can start my week off right and try to have a better week than the last one!

I have done it twice and it is an incredible work out. It challenged me both times and I was in good shape when I started it. It is the hardest home workout I have done but it is so motivating! I loved Shaun T!!!

I dont restrict food bc then I only crave it more!! Anything in small quanitities is ok I think. If i say I wont eat ice cream, tomorrow I will want it. I eat Kashi Go Lean Honey Almond Flax in the morning and feel full until lunch. I eat half a cup with skim milk or just munch on it dry. I did the deck of cards workout this morning and LOVED it! I did burpees, pull ups on my total gym, squats and squat jacks. I did it in my basement so I could not run a mile, but I jogged in place for 3 minutes I think tomorrow though I will do jump roping. IT was great workout! Thanks for the idea

I like the deck of cards idea. I used the deck for ab work before, but not doing it with cardio and assigning an exercise to each suit. I think I am gunna try that this week and change the exercises each day!!! Thanks for the idea!

Those are the workouts I have done over the past two years, Insanity is 60 days each time and so is P90X. I have also done Turbo Jam, Chalean Extreme, and others. I just find routine boards me :). I also have a total gym and free weights, so I try to vary what I do and the programs I select :)

I would say low carbs is better bc if you go low carbs you cut out so much gluten as it is! I have gone gluten free and lost NO weight and went low carb and started to see a difference :)

I like the carbination bc I can drink diet sierra mist too. I need something besides water all day and I dont want the calories from juice :)
