Just drink and workout tomorrow and make better choices tomorrow! Whenever I know i am going to drink, I eat low calorie and workout that day for some wiggle room. Have fun!!!

1200. I'm 5'6" and 144 lbs. I workout 3-5 times a week burning like 250-400 calories each time. I don't usually eat back my workout calories. Oh, and I'm sedentary, too.

Why does everyone act like you're not going to lose weight if you eat less than 1200 calories each day? This isn't true, or else people wouldn't starve to death. Haha. Derp :)

Totally agree...I ate cheesecake yesterday with NO GUILT because it was in my calorie range :) Though I did have to skimp out on other things haha

I think it depends on your settings like if you're lightly active, or sedentary, or blah blah blah...?

Sleep in :) Drink a lot of water...If you eat something and youre like "I'm still hungry" wait like 2 minutes and see if youre still hungry.

I am almost always under. I just eat waaay less in the day than in the evening because I dont know why but I get so much hungier later in the day haha. Breakfast I love: 1 egg white, 2 slices wheat bread, 1 slice thin sclices turkey, 12 cup mixed veggies :) like 200 calories.

Wow I'm 5'6 too and started at 158 and now I'm at 145. And I wanna get down to 130 but i always think that once i get there I'm going to want to get lower to like 125. Haha. Eerily similar.

Go to food then theres a little tab that says recipes and you can put everything you put in it and how many serving it makes. save it and next time you want to log it, itll be under recipes :)
