sometimes i go over my calorie allowances and just say "meh, *kitten* it." so i guess that's a cheat day. I dont like the term cheat though, because it's not cheating it's just being a person and sometimes my *kitten* wants lots of beer and lots of food.

<3 I am trying to do better. Best thing for me right now is drinking less frequently. I also went to see a doctor and told him about my physical health concerns and he readily did a few tests and made sure I am taking the right supplements to keep my electrolytes in check. I tried getting help at my Uni and they basically said that my problems were a bit extensive for what they can do and asked if I could go somewhere else. I am graduating and moving in about 5 weeks though, and I don't want to start with a therapist then find a new one. I am going to reopen my bag of tricks and try what I…

I guess I was pretending it was a "Slip", lying to myself. I know what my main triggers are, and I'm trying to avoid ALCOHOL these days. I am really hoping it will help. I am trying to remember my worth and how it felt being clean. Thanks for the support all xoxo

Thank you MacCroc, for your encouragement! I have had trouble switching form "1 lbs/wk" to .5 lbs/wk." because when I do, I feel like I'm "not trying enough". I know it's a remnant from my ED, which I'm not entirely over, but I'm hoping to get more comfortable with the idea. I did the .5 lbs/wk loss for about 1 week and…

Hey man, you're not alone. I have been bulimic for 7 years. Bingeing and purging took over my life to the point that I was binging and purging multiple times a day. I was miserable, spending so much cash on food, hiding from friends family...please don't let it get that bad! Talk to a counselor trained in eating disorders…

Hey man, just realize when you get closer to your goal weight it'll be more like .5 lbs per week. Dont get discouraged though, just know what to expect.
