I'm 6' and my goal is 170. When I was in high school, I was about 160-165 and I think I looked great then. I think if I weigh less than that, that I might not look right but I'll evaluate when I reach my goal of 170.

Everyone has done a FANTASTIC job! I can't wait till I have some before/after pictures to share with all.

That is awesome!!! I'm still battling my plan to quit but I believe I will get there. I quit early this year for 5 months and then I let work stress get the best of me and started back up again. What really sucks is I'm still trying to get rid of the weight I gained from last time and now I'm scared I'll gain again. Oh…

OMG - I'm so glad to see that I'm not the only person that has this problem. I've been married for 12 years and over the years, I've let myself go. My husband is the type that will make little comments or jokes about me and my weight that only he thinks is funny and he'll do it in public! Drives me insane!!!

We can ALL do this! I've done it before but quit after level 2 due to my work schedule changing but now, I'm ready again!!! And there's nothing wrong with doing the modified versions; I've seen awesome results still with that!!! GOOD LUCK ALL! Come on January 2!!!

I agree with you. I find myself constantly looking on here at others before and after pictures. I should be on day 9, but I've had to work late everyday this week so I'm behind. I'm just going to start over. I think that's my punishment for falling behind.

Today is my 7th day and the soreness does go away by now if you keep to it EVERYDAY - don't skip as your only going to cheat yourself. I feel so much better by now. I do those jumping jacks like a pro. i still suck at the push ups but feel pretty good about everything else. GOOD LUCK TO ALL!!!!

I'm a huge lover of sweet tea. I still have maybe one glass a night, but I no longer add sugar to it when I make it at home.
