Cereal! I rarely eat it but when I do, I could eat the entire box. I avoid it by not purchasing it frequently

I can run 1 mile in a little over 6 minutes...When i first started it was around 10+ minutes. I improved my time by doing sprints 2-3 times weekly.

Oatmeal allows you to eat a good amount without a lot of extra calories. I eat 1/2 cup daily for breakfast, which is only 150 calories. I either have a protein shake and egg whites along with that and it keeps me satisfied until lunch.

the Fitbits are also sold in best buy. I purchased my flex from there last week. I love it!

You are doing nothing wrong. Muscle weighs more than fat but takes up less space. I struggle with the same issue so I try to stay off the scale, and it's very hard for me! I was 125 while doing only cardio, now 130-135 with lifting but I look so much more toned and my clothes fit better.

We are! I was aiming for 125 but I think this is my happy weight. I stay in those numbers no matter what I do.

5'4" weight ranges from 130-135 I eat 1700-2000 daily and I dont gain any weight...you should try eating more. I ruined my metabolism eating 1300 calories while working out and not eating back exercise calories
-
You should aim for one gram per pound of the goal weight you would like to acheive. I am 5"4" 130 pounds and I intake at least 120 grams each day, sometimes way more

I am 5' 4" 133 pounds. I have a goal of 125. So hard to lose the last few pounds. I am eating 1600-1800 and eating some exercise calories back. I lift 3 times per week and cardio 3-4 days per week.

I understand how you feel because the scale would not stop going up and I was freaking out, but I stuck to it. It was a lot of water weight due to my body being restricted for so long. Just be patient and I hope you are successful. Those last few punds are so stubborn!!!!!

I am 5 4" I range from 130-135 pounds and I maintain in the 1800-2000 range. I was eating the stupid 1200 while heavy lifting 4-5 days per week with cardio. Way too low! I ruined my metabolism and had to repair it by eating at TDEE for over a month. I gained during that time but the weight came off instantly once I started…

I am also 5 feet 4. I was eating on the high end of 1300 and stuck at the same weight months. I lift 3 times per week, with cardio 4-5 times. I ruined my metabolism doing this. I increased to 1900+ per day and I am losing at a steady pace

I was stuck at 140 for the longest doing heavy lifting 3 times per week and cardio 4-5 days. I was eating around 1300-1400 with no weight loss! Started eating 1800-2000 and instantly started losing. I went from 140 to 130 in two months after raising my calories. The scale will reflect heavy the first few days or weeks but…

I eat these often but I use only 1/2 cup of oats with one scoop of protein and 4 egg whites. Much healthier than the original pancakes you would eat out of a box. Usually makes about three pancakes. Total calories around 300 with the amount of ingredients I use. I use a blender to blend my ingredients then I pour it into…

If you are looking for a meal replacement GNC Lean shake is a good choice. Post workout I would go with gold standard whey. Both have 25 grams of protein and come in various flavors.

Gold Standard Whey helped me build alot of muscle. I use it within 30 minutes after my workouts.
