5'4 135 pounds, maintaining on 2100-2300. I lift weights 4 times per week and cardio 2 times per week with one rest day

I have to look at pictures frequently to remind myself how far I have come. You look great, we are always hard on ourselves.

I always eat more than my boyfriend and I am not ashamed of it. He actually enjoys that I am not one of those females that pretend to not be hungry because others are watching. I lift heavy and love to run so I give my body what it needs. Everyone is different. From your profile pic you look great so I would not worry…

You would love quest bars, less than 3 grams of sugar and at least 20 grams of protein in each bar, they can be purchased in GNC, vitamin shoppe or online. They are all very tasty and not processed like all other protein bars. My favorite is the chocolate chip cookie dough, double chocolate chunk, and Coconut cashew

Your body adapts to what you give it....I was weight lifting 5 times per week, cardio included with three of those days and eating an average of 1300-1500 caloreis. My weight was 133 and would not go any lower no matter how hard I exercised. Of course I was not consuming enough calories to make up for what I burned through…

It's soooooooooooo good, better than the cookie dough

I am 5"4 and my weight stays between 130-135 pounds. I lift 3 times per week and run about 10-15 miles per week. I maintain on 2000-2200 calories.
-
Well I am guessing you would be around 350,000 calories since we compare one pound to 3500 calories
-
I use them as snacks. The calorie ranges usually from 170-210 depending on the flavor. They are very high in protein and fiber

Oatmeal squares with bananas, Love all Kashi Cereals, and Special K Protein is really good

Ate at maintenance for a few weeks, went back to cutting

MEEEE! 2000-2500 calories per day, lifting 4- 5 days per week

Old post but I love this!

For your height and weight 1200 is way too low, I am the exact age and height as you but I weigh 135....your basic metabolic rate is 1466 calories, meaning that you should never go below this number, that is what your body requires when you are rest. (no exercise) I workout 3-5 times per week and I lose eating 1700…

The 1200 is before exercise, that's why your Fitbit is giving you the extra calories.

TDEE for someone your height and weight is 2093 calories to maintain weight without exercise. You can cut 500 calories from that to average 1 pound per week weight loss. TDEE calculators are not 100 percent accurate because everyone is different but you can start with that and adjust as needed, depending on progress and…

You are not eating enough for the distance that you are running. I am 5'4 with my weight ranging from 130-134. My daily intake ranges from 1800-2000 and I still lose a small amount each week. I usually weight train but I have only been running for the past month. My daily mileage is 3-5 miles and I would starve if I only…

I lose just fine with all the carbs I want. I run 3-4 times each week, with heavy lifting 3 times per week. weight loss will come from a calorie defict, whether it's protein, fat, or carbs. You need carbs for energy. My daily intake is usually 160-200 grams of carbs, sometimes more. I am 5'4 with my weight ranging from…

I was all about cardio until I discovered weight training. All cardio did was make me look fluffy. I now only do sprints for cardio, ran a half marathon in 1 hour 40 minutes with only logging 5 miles as my longest run. Put all those cardio bunnies to shame =) I have become a lot faster since heavy lifting
-
I am currently in the Air Force, I have been in for a little over four years now. You will not be expected to reach those goals until the final physical training test in basic training. You are not far from the requirements and I am sure that you will be able to reach that goal by the end of 8 weeks in basic training. You…

I work out the same as you with less cardio. I am the exact height as you and my weight ranges 132-135. I eat 1800-2100 to maintain this weight so you probably could eat more to lose those last few pounds. In the beginning you will see an increase on the scale, but once your body adapts to the increase the weight should…

I am 5'4 134 pounds, with the same goal of 125. When I was 125 a year ago I was doing 30 minutes of cardio and 20 mintues of strength training 5 days a week and eating 1800-2000 calories. Now I focus mainly on weight training (trying to reduce body fat percentage) I strength train 5 days and cardio is included into 3 of…

You can add a very small amount of water (drops) until it becomes smooth....i call it protein pudding. I either eat it with a spoon or spread it on granola bars.

I ate lots of oatmeal and protein shakes blended with fruits and veggies
