Not losing pounds or inches..

I'm 5'4.5" & weigh 141 at the moment... I am small boned... Last year I went on Weight Watchers & lost 15 lbs, down to 135....
Since then I keep losing & gaining 5 lbs... I personally want to get down to 125-128... I feel best at that weight...

I eat 1150-1200 calories a day, most of the time.... I try & walk 45-90 min a day,5- 6 times a week... I also lift light weights 3-4 times a week.. I do eat carbs but mostly complex carbs only... I don't eat beef at all

I am not losing weight or inches....

Some people have told me I'm eating to much, others say I'm not eating enough....

I'd suggest opening your diary if you want any useful advice. If you are accurately only eating 1150-1200/day you're eating to little - anyone who tells you that is too much is just wrong.

OK Jann, i took a look at your diary and you are not overeating. Probably your idea to eat a little more healthy/ clean will help. It is not easy to never eat processed foods at first, but eliminating them may give you the boost you want to get rid of the extra 10 pounds.

Everyone says the last 5/10 pounds are the most stubborn. Don't give up, you walk a lot, you are active and you exercise so this is something that will happen with a few tweaks. ????????????

I can't see your food diary so I'm not sure exactly what's going on. Are you tracking everything? Do you weigh your solids and measure your liquids? What's your weight loss per week goal set at?

1200 is not enough if you're working out.

    This.

If you're accurate in calorie tracking, and burning on average what...maybe 500 calories depending if you walk 45 or 90 min, that means you're netting like 650-700 calories per day...

    That's a pretty small amount.
  • You should really be at 1500 calories a day if your working out. Also I was introduced to JNL Fusion (its weight lifting with cardio bursts at home) I HIGHLY recommend it. I BELIEVE in it 100%. Check out my web page www.kbirbilis.getbodyfx.com. I used JNL Fusion to get myself in great shape for my wedding.

I work out the same as you with less cardio. I am the exact height as you and my weight ranges 132-135. I eat 1800-2100 to maintain this weight so you probably could eat more to lose those last few pounds. In the beginning you will see an increase on the scale, but once your body adapts to the increase the weight should come off. The scale is not your friend. I also had the same goal weight as you, but I learned that the mirror makes me much more happier than those numbers on the scale.
