Who eats 2000 calories or more?

And if you do, how big are you (height/weight) and what do you do fitness wise. and provide pictures if possible!
I've been looking a lot and see that maybe TDEE-10% will be best, and that's about 2000 calories for me, and I currently am down at 1500 and was at 1700 for a long time, but it scares me to eat this many calories. I lift 2-3 days a week (NROL) and also do some cardio (running or ellipitical) and i'm almost 20 years old (in less than a month) 5'7" and about 160, I'm trying to recomp my body.

I'm 44 years old, 6'1" and ~180 lbs. I eat about 3000 to gain and about 2400 to lose. Instead of copying all my pics here, this thread shows some of the stuff I do:

I eat a range of 2200-2700 cals at the moment, doing a cut. I'd like that to be more. Was eating about 2500-3000cals gaining...once I've finished losing a bit if fat, I'll be trying to increase my metabolic capacity again so that the next cut is on higher cals/macros

    I'm 5ft5, 150lbs, under 20% bf, do weights 5/6 days a week and 10mins of cardio.

Why would you be scared of eating? Losing or maintaining on as many calories as possible is the best scenario.

These pictures are from November, profile ones are early December, maybe. IDK.

Anyway. 26. 5'3, eat between 1850-2100 calories to lose (1-.5 pounds a week). I lift, occasionally cardio (rarely) and have a generally active job.

I do, but I'm also in maintenance. I'm not currently keeping a food diary because right now I'm staying within my maintenance window without having to, but after counting calories for so long, I can't look at food without the calorie count automatically going through my head  I'm averaging 1,900-2,300ish calories a day-my TDEE is around 2,250.

Picture in my avi was taken a few weeks ago
    I'm 35 yrs old, 5ft, 6in
    my maintenance range is 117.5-121lbs

Exercise-my winter schedule starting last month was 4 miles of outside slow running (2 miles/twice a week) and three days of an at home strength training program/30 minutes. But, I got a mini trampoline for Christmas ie a rebounder, and I'm changing my routine starting today to 2 days a week of 30 minutes jogging/moving around on the rebounder and 3 days of 10 minutes warm up on rebounder, with the strength training. That rebounder is so much fun! And I did 30 minutes of it last night and was totally out of breath, sweating like crazy-way more than my 2 mile runs were giving me!

I'm 5'7" also. I just finished dieting on 2000 calories/day to lose 1lb/week. Right now I'm trying to bulk on 2750 calories/day. My maintenance is 2500. I crossfit and weightlift on my days off.

My average is about 2000 calories and I have not gained or lost much at that rate. So, 2000 appears to be my maintenance.

I am 38 years old. I am 6'5". Currently hovering between 216-220 lbs. I try to shoot for 1500 calories but my BMR is 2000. It is taking forever to get down to 200.

I run about 20-30 miles week barring illness and injury.

I eat about 2050 everyday. I'm 5'4", somewhere between 130-140 (haven't weighed myself in quite some time), size 2-4, S. I lift 4 days a week (about 50-60 minutes per session) and have probably about 2-3 hours of cardio interspersed in there as well (always warm up with 11 min on the elliptical and then fit in some extra after lifting if I have time). I'm generally pretty active, walk the dogs twice a day and try to move around as much as possible. :)

I eat @2,500-2,800 on workout days. About 1,900-2,000 on rest days. That makes for about 1/2lb loss -> maintenance a week depending. My cycle peaks every five weeks, so I'm looking to eat closer to, or at, maintenance at the more arduous end and maybe cut at the easier end. I play it by ear though...

I'm 39, 5'6"-7" (shorter at the end of the day - especially squat day!) and do a 4 day upper/lower split.

Male, 56 y/o, 5'5", 200 lbs, ~23% body fat. To lose the 25 lbs I want, all the calc. sites say I need around 2000-2100 calories to lose. I was aiming for too low at 1600-1800. So I'm going for the 2000-2100.

not to be totally off topic, but upearly I have to say you look a lot like Robin from How I Met Your Mother lol.

anyway, I'm not sure what my maintenance is but I'm definitely not active enough for it to be 2000 calories although I really wish that were my maintenance number lol. in reality, its a lot closer to 1500. I am 5'3 and around 104 ish
