With the night splint, it doesn't hurt when I first begin moving about in the morning, but it hurts later after I have been still for a while and begin walking. I am still using the gel the doctor gave and now will be adding icing for soreness.…

  • About once a week on Saturday or Sunday first thing in the morning with just my underwear on. i make sure I have gotten enough rest also, because I hold on to water when I am lacking sleep.
