High protein low carb/fat diets are where you will find your abs. Many people with the beautiful defined stomachs you see will follow 'clean diets' so they won't eat anything processed - fresh meats/fish and vegetables/salad/fruit. no dressings etc. i believe wholegrain rice is fine but i'd read up on that! Maybe try clean…

Iron supplements and handfuls of spinach!!

I tend to stack high on veg/salad - like 3/4 of my plate will be stacked high up to 400g of vegetables - so filling and low calorie :)

Going over your protein isn't really an issue. Try keep within your calorie and fats as a main awareness, then start to consider carbs. Some people will say 'only calories count' but if you ate 1200 calories of lettuce (not that i'm saying you should!) or a 1200 calorie mcdonalds which do you think would make you lose…

Try the 30 day shred - the dvd is only about $6 online and works so well! Can you go walking and gradually increase to jogging and running? Squats, lunges, core work outs etc. are all great and routines can be found on youtube. The same goes for yoga! Good luck :) xxx

I've just upped to 1400 but please feel free to add me :) xx

Are you weighing your foods? I tend to always under estimate how much of stuff i'm eating - a 30g bowl of cereal for example is a tiny amount in comparison to what I was eating. Make sure you weigh stuff to avoid this :)

If I work from home I get up at 6am and go for a 2.5 hour work out before work and always have a great push because the gym is so empty. Most of the time though i'll go in the evenings and I struggle a little bit more. Weekends are my favourite because I can go about 9/10am and get it out of the way but still have a great…

I'd love to be able to afford Mac/Bobbi brown make up but it just isn't going to happen! I use clinique foundation which I love though some of them make you look a bit greasy. Cheap natural collection bronzer (99p and lasts FOREVER!) rimmel mascara or avon own brand ones - both great! I LOVE rimmel products and wouldn't…

I gave up drinking for six months and have noticed huge changes in my body and general mood etc. It's great. Going out for the first time this weekend - will be sticking to one or two vodka/diet cokes!!

Calories/carbs/date don't know the time. Eat when you are hungry - in moderation. Eating a huge carb heavy meal an hour before you go to bed isn't great for you but you should eat good carbs (wholemeal etc.) on a regular basis :)

You can lose weight, but try and think about it like this: 1200 calories of microwave burgers, chips etc. 1200 calories of salad, vegetables and lean protein. Which is better for you? Try pay attention to the levels of fat, sodium, carbs etc. that you are taking in. It isn't all about the calories! Good luck :) xx

Hey :) Feel free to add me! 30 day shred is a DVD which you can buy for about £6 from amazon, its 20 minutes of circuit training a day for 30 days and does work well... You can even combine the 3 work outs when you've done the full 30 days if you want to keep going. Being a mummy should give you lot of time to run around…

Eating the right things as part of a balanced diet will give you more energy. Eating 500 calories of empty rubbish won't give your body the right nutrients, however, if you eat 500 calories of good fat, protein, carbs etc. you will find that you are less tired. It may also be worth a trip to the doctors - I'm severely…

I'm stunned to say I don't even really think about food like this... Everything in moderation and all that but.... Dominos veggie pizza with garlic and herb dip (theres 190 calories in one tiny pot of those!) Chocolate gateau... Dark chocolate orange... Twirls etc. Cheese cake... Anything from Chiquitos... Fajitas,…

I've been veggie for a long while but due to illness have had to start eating some fish.. Feel free to add :) xx

Mine doesn't have a diet plan as such in, just advises a 1200-1500 calorie a day intake dependent on your weight and activity levels!
-
STRETCH. Make sure you stretch properly before and after - yes you do a 'warm up' in the DVD but if walking down the stairs after hurts you haven't warmed up and stretched well enough!

Firstly, stop thinking of it as a diet and think of it as a life style change. You can have all the foods you like and want but in moderation. No binging, no overeating. You probably aren't actually hungry, you're dehydrated. Before every meal drink a large glass of water this will stop you over eating. If you feel hungry…
