Some great tips here. I know when I started I was so unused to feeling hungry it scared me - I had to go through a whole process of learning to listen to my body and figuring out what it needed. It does get easier. Good luck to you :flowerforyou:

Yes, I find them beneficial. They allow me to go deeper into the push up and put less pressure on my wrists. I don't have the actual Powerstands though, just bought regular push up stands which were on sale at TK Maxx. I'm not good at military push ups and the stands really help with those.

Just had a peek at your food diary and wondering if there are some errors in there? For example the Clover spread 1tsp has no calories but 140g of fat? Yes, this. Obesity harms almost every part of the human body. Fat is not an inert tissue. As far as the OP, I think bikinis are a state of mind more than anything! And I have no problem with people wearing them, whatever their size :flowerforyou:

Yay, I'm in! Fridays is my usual weigh in day so it's perfect for me :smile: I lost 0.4lbs this week. I'm happy with that as last weekend I was away and just ate stupidly. So a loss is great! Good luck everyone xoxo

I'm a bit of a germ-phobic, so luckily this isn't an issue for me, but I have heard others who brush their teeth to avoid temptation - do you think this might work for you? Or a big cup of low-cal hot chocolate. Sorry, these aren't very good ideas but I didn't want to read and run :flowerforyou:

I always walk to the furthest bathroom at work, down three flights of stairs! I'm sure people think I'm odd, but I don't care - I build up to my 10,000 steps a day doing that! xoxo

Fat and muscle are different things, so it isn't possible to 'convert' one into the other by exercising (or doing anything), unfortunately.

Love this idea. My goals are similar to many of yours! 1) Log every day and stay under my calorie goal 2) P90X 3 every day 3) Drink 8 cups of water 4) Practice mindful eating (don't eat my feelings)
